Privacy Policy for Peak
The short version: Peak has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, or photos. Your progress stays on your device. The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and AdMob collects some device information to deliver those ads. This policy explains what that is.
Who we are
Peak ("the game") is made by Lütewick Gaming Studios ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Peak app on Android.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing that identifies you. Peak has no sign-up, login, chat, or social features.
Game progress, including cleared levels, stars, orbs, purchases made with in-game orbs, outfits, best heights, and settings, is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
What Google AdMob collects
Peak shows ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a continue. They are served by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the game automatically collects and shares the following with Google:

All of this data is encrypted in transit. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you. Google handles it under its own policies:
Children
Peak is made for a family audience, including children. For this reason:
- We tag ad requests for child-directed treatment and limit ads to content suitable for children. Google then does not show personalized (interest-based) ads, and it limits what it collects and how it uses that data.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live).
- Parents or guardians who have questions, or who believe a child's information has been collected, can contact us at the address below.
Your choices
- Ad personalization: On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before ads use your data. You can change your choice from the game's settings.
- Delete your data: Uninstall the game or clear its storage. Since we keep nothing on our servers, this removes everything we hold.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
- We don't sell anything for real money inside the game.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
